Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DIY Car Import's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

DIY Car Import provides:

• Pre-filled customs and EPA forms for vehicle importation from Canada to USA
• Comprehensive step-by-step guide for the import process
• Unlimited email support throughout the import process
• State-specific registration guidance

Our service is informational and does not constitute legal advice. We are not import brokers and do not physically handle vehicle transportation or customs clearance.

Pricing and Payment

• Our service fee is $99 (one-time payment)
• Payment is required before service delivery
• All fees are in U.S. dollars
• Government fees, duties, taxes, and state registration fees are not included and are the customer's responsibility

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Before Delivery: Full refund if requested before we deliver your forms and guide
• After Delivery: No refunds after forms and guide have been delivered, as digital products cannot be returned
• Service Issues: If we fail to deliver within 48 hours or provide incorrect information, we will provide a full refund

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle
• Verify all information in the forms we provide before submitting to authorities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle importation
• Not share or distribute our materials without permission
• Use our service only for personal vehicle imports, not for commercial purposes

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantee of Approval

We cannot guarantee that your vehicle will be approved for import by U.S. Customs, EPA, or DOT. Approval depends on your vehicle's compliance with U.S. regulations and proper completion of the import process.

Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, regulations and requirements may change. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

DIY Car Import shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service ($99).

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and guides provided by DIY Car Import are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use these materials for your personal import only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them.

Support Services

We provide unlimited email support, which includes:

• Answering questions about the import process
• Clarifying information in our guides
• Providing state-specific guidance
• Troubleshooting common issues

Support is provided via email only. Response time is typically within 24 hours during business days.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
